General Terms and Conditions (Website & Initial Contact)

(1) These Terms apply to the use of this website, appointment bookings, contact requests, and pre-contractual communication with WFR Wapelhorst Food & Retail Advisory GmbH, Rudolfplatz 3, 50674 Cologne, Germany (“WFR Advisory”).
(2) WFR Advisory’s services are exclusively directed at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code).
(3) Deviating terms of the user shall not apply unless WFR Advisory agrees in writing.§ 2 No Consulting Agreement
(1) Through Website Use
The use of this website, booking an appointment, or contacting WFR Advisory by email does not constitute a consulting agreement.
(2) A consulting agreement is concluded exclusively by separate written agreement.
(3) In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an individual consulting agreement, the provisions of the consulting agreement shall prevail.§ 3 Appointment Bookings
(1) Bookings via Microsoft Bookings serve as an initial assessment of a potential project.
(2) WFR Advisory reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments without stating reasons.
(3) Initial consultations are non-binding and free of charge unless otherwise agreed.§ 4 Confidentiality
(1) Information exchanged during initial meetings is treated confidentially.
(2) Any further confidentiality obligations require a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA).§ 5 Liability
(1) In connection with website use and pre-contractual communication, WFR Advisory is liable only for intentional and grossly negligent conduct.
(2) No liability is assumed for the content of external links.§ 6 Final Provisions
(1) German law applies, excluding the CISG.
(2) Exclusive jurisdiction: Cologne, where the user is a merchant or legal entity under public law.
(3) If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
